WHAT IS SHOPIFY?

Shopify is a complete commerce platform that PWWO uses to manage our customized online store. It is entirely cloud-based, which allows us to sell in multiple places, including web, mobile, social media, online marketplaces, brick-and-mortar locations, and pop-up shops.

WHAT IS THE PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS GUARANTEE?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. We will accept all defective pieces purchased from our website for a refund and/or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase. When returning damaged or defective items, please go to our Exchanges and Returns link.

WHAT ARE PWWO PROMO CODES?

Promo codes are separate from any other offer/promotion and are not valid for previous purchases, international orders, or the purchase of gift certificates. Did you forget to apply the discount code at checkout? We can cancel your order before it, ships and you can place a new order with the discount applied.

HOW DOES PWWO SHIP?

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please know that on weekends and holidays, shipments take up to 72 hours.

YOUR ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED & I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.

Your order was marked as delivered, but you don't have it yet? Sorry about that. More than likely, your package is nearby. Carriers will mark a parcel as delivered a day or two in advance if a package is marked as delivered before the five day shipping period. Please be patient and allow the full five business days of ground shipping for your package to arrive.

Package CSI Checklist:

  • Check with nearby neighbors, other members of the household
  • Look around areas near your entrance. Often to prevent packages from being stolen, drivers will place your packages in a less visible location.
  • Confirm that the shipping address is entered correctly on your order confirmation.
  • Is your package still missing? Please email us your order number and our team will help to hopefully recover your package.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS?

All unworn, unwashed, and unaltered pieces can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items have to be returned in their original condition and original packaging with all tags in place. We process most returns within 72 hours. We offer one free exchange for any unworn, unwashed and unaltered pieces within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Why was my return sent back after I returned it?

Returns that are not in compliance with the return policy, get returned to the customer.

WHERE IS MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Packages usually arrive at us in 1 week. Once received you can expect your return to be processed within 7-14 days.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE OR ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM.

Unfortunately, we can't make changes to orders that have already been placed. However, we can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. The new order can then be placed with any necessary changes. Please email us immediately to let us know about your problem.

WHAT ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS?

Any pieces listed as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase will be considered a final sale and will NOT be eligible for a return or an exchange.

I BOUGHT A PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS PIECE AT ANOTHER RETAILER AND NEED A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.

We do NOT accept returns on items that were NOT purchased from our store. You will need to contact the store that you bought your item and return it there.
